Dominik Moser is the new CEO of Aarenet AG. After 20 years as co-founder and CEO, Felix Jakob is concentrating on his activities on the Board of Directors.
After two decades at Aarenet AG, Felix Jakob is retiring from his operational role as CEO. As of 1 May 2024, Dominik Moser will take over the operational responsibility. Felix Jakob will continue to support the new CEO in an advisory capacity as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
“20 years is enough,” says Felix Jakob. “It is important to bring new ideas and approaches to the management of the company, while at the same time ensuring a certain continuity. I wish Dominik the same support from the Aarenet team that I have received and I am convinced he will continue to write Aarenet’s success story, true to the motto «consider it as done».”

Dominik Moser joined Aarenet on 1 March 2024. Previously, he held various C-level positions in national and international software engineering companies, most recently in a start-up he co-founded.

Aarenet, a leading technology and solutions provider for Carriers, Service Providers, Governments and Enterprises, announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) in Hanoi, Vietnam, to provide its softswitch systems to the Institute and to collaborate on future co-development and research in the field of telecommunications, as well as student exchange programs and scholarships.
The new Aarenet Cloud PBX Software Release 7.14 has been approved for general application commencing December 31st, 2023. Effective immediately, newly deployed systems will be commissioned with this new software release. A seamless upgrade service for existing installations is offered without impacting the availability of active service.
