To meet this momentum, Aarenet plans a major CloudPBX expansion in 2025, featuring a new Unified Communications (UC) suite aimed at enhancing collaboration and productivity for businesses of all sizes.
CloudPBX is a fully managed, user-friendly platform that offers modern PBX essentials—voicemail, call forwarding, and mobile access—alongside advanced features like intelligent call routing, IVR, and cross-device connectivity. Swiss providers such as EW Buchs and Sasag already use Aarenet’s CloudPBX, reporting benefits like simplified maintenance, lower overhead, and faster service deployment. The system is built on a multi-tenant infrastructure and hosted in a secure Swiss data center on dedicated infrastructure and managed by the support center based in Switzerland. In recent months, traction with new customers outside Switzerland has been visible thanks to the system’s flexibility and international readiness.
Frank Remmers, Aarenet’s VP of Product Management, emphasizes the platform’s simplicity. “We’ve focused on features users actually need, which shortens setup time and improves usability compared to older, feature-heavy PBX systems,” he explains.
