The Aarenet Cloud PBX Software Release 7.23 has been approved for general availability effective January 1, 2026. As of now, all newly deployed systems will be commissioned with this software release. A seamless upgrade path is available for existing installations, ensuring no disruption to active services.

During the second half of 2025, numerous new features were developed and integrated into the anOne Desktop application for Windows and macOS. These enhancements include significant user experience improvements and additional functionality to support daily operations and a browser extension feature to enable usage of the client without the need to install the software. Presence status information is now displayed during contact searches, providing immediate visibility into whether a contact is available, away, or currently on a call. Additionally, video calls now support seamless background blurring, offering improved privacy and greater flexibility in managing visible surroundings.

The integration of the Swagger framework introduces a standardized description of the integrated REST API, enabling external systems to interpret its structure. Based on the OpenAPI Specification, this integration defines API endpoints, parameters, and responses, supporting interactive documentation and automated code generation for external solution developers. In version 7.23, this description provides access to core database tables and instances.

Support has been added to the autoprovisioning toolkit for Yealink W75B and W75DM multi-cell DECT systems, along with integration of the SNOM M400 small multi-cell DECT solution. These additions enable cost-effective deployment of cordless services in small and medium-sized enterprise environments. Also, to support new partners in Poland, Polish language translations were added for the portal and client applications, alongside improved and extended French system language translations.

Integration of the HID standard for audio devices enables call control functionality via headset and peripheral device buttons. This standard allows users to answer or end calls, mute microphones, and perform other call actions while away from their desks using HID-compatible headsets. Supported devices are available from manufacturers including SNOM, Yealink, Poly, Dell, JBL, Microsoft, Logitech, Bang & Olufsen, Shokz, and AKG.

Detailed information on all features included in the actual software release is available upon request.
