Aarenet, a Swiss Telecommunications Technology vendor, specializing in delivering advanced and reliable unified communication services and products for Carriers, Enterprise and Government sectors, is pleased to announce the successful deployment of their contact centre solution for MobiFone Group, officially went live on October 1st, 2024, serving 500 skilled agents.
