Aarenet has signed a partner agreement with Comfortel in Poland to bring its PBX and Unified Communication solutions to the Polish market. The partnership strengthens Aarenet’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe and enables Comfortel to expand its portfolio with a modern, scalable platform tailored to current market needs.
Aarenet develops and deploys carrier – grade VoIP systems and has delivered solutions with carriers in many countries across Europe and South-East Asia. As demand grows for cloud-based and integrated communication platforms, Poland represents a key market for expansion.
Under the agreement, Comfortel will provide local sales, integration, and support. The partnership allows Comfortel to offer Aarenet’s PBX platform both as a standalone (single-tenant/on-premise) solution and as a cloud/hosted, multi-tenant service – scalable from SME to large enterprise deployments.
The solution combines carrier-grade reliability with a flexible architecture that supports both dedicated (standalone) and multi-tenant environments, enabling efficient service delivery and predictable recurring revenues. All customer data is hosted and processed under the European law ensuring compliance with local data protection requirements and addressing growing demands for data sovereignty. Its modular design supports integrated services such as contact center, conferencing, and collaboration, while open APIs ensure easy integration with existing business systems as well as AI driven future functionalities such as personal PBX assistant.
