Aarenet is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the NTS softswitch project by NT, the incumbent telecommunications provider of Thailand. Aarenet has developed customised solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of NT Thailand, demonstrating their commitment to delivering exceptional and bespoke telecommunication solutions for the Carrier sector.
The NTS Softswitch Project is intended to augment NT’s service portfolio by delivering a resilient solution that guarantees future scalability and innovation for NT’s business customers in Thailand. Leveraging Aarenet’s established solution, this project will enable the introduction of additional services for NT’s business customers.
Aarenet has dedicated resources to train their local partner in Thailand, enabling them to undertake sales and technical support activities for the local Carrier customers such as NT. Aarenet’s partner was able to conduct a successful proof-of-concept and facilitate commercial negotiations. This partnership highlights Aarenet’s commitment to the Thai market.

Dedicated Project Workshop
Aarenet, in collaboration with katia.ch, offers an Artificial Intelligence powered call filtering system to block unwanted and bulk phone calls – especially those from telemarketers. The solution combines known spam number databases, operator-specific lists, and AI-based real-time analysis of call behavior.
The Aarenet Cloud PBX Software Release 7.23 has been approved for general availability effective January 1, 2026. As of now, all newly deployed systems will be commissioned with this software release.
Aarenet successfully attended five major market events in Italy throughout 2025, strengthening interaction with business partners, existing customers and potential new opportunities.
